8th Grade PE

The primary aims of physical education at BRMS are: to equip students with the knowledge, skills, capacities, and values along with the enthusiasm, to maintain a healthy lifestyle into adulthood. 

The units/activities and skills are designed to: promote physical fitness, develop motor skills, instill knowledge and an understanding of rules, concepts, and strategies, and to teach students to work as part of a team, or as individuals in a wide variety of non-competitive and competitive activities.

C.A.R.E.S.: stands for Cooperation, Assertiveness, Respect, Enthusiasm, Self-Control.  These important qualities are assessed in each unit/activity presented over the four years students attend BRMS.
